| that customers request and expect. We stand behind the fact that we will deliver no less than what customers pay us for. We are clearly up front and honest about the fact that we do not warranty high performance work. There are too many factors involved that are out of our control. This situation is a perfect example. It is not our goal to have a huge service department with a lot of techs moving a high volume of cars in and out. If somone chooses to bring their car here to Z1, then they have to agree to our service contract. If they are not comfortable with it that is OK we are not forcing our services on anyone. First and foremost Z1 sells parts and we are perfectly content working on a limited number of cars for owners who understand and accept the inherent risks associated. Every day, customers come in and sign our service contract because we are the Z experts and they are in far better hands than a dealership or general repair shop, regardless of our warranty policy. None of this is meant to be harsh or unsympathetic, however we have no interest in misrepresenting our position. I posted our service contract because Z1 wants everyone to be aware before considering bringing cars to us. An educated consumer is truly our best customer.
